G1-Exploration (II)

During the second session, we went out again with all the participants to explore the Chandigarh outskirts. Our aim was to document the area, taking pictures of significant aspects, such as planed versus non planed areas, built environment versus areas filled up with greenery, urban interactions, unexpected uses of public space, colors, textures and shapes, etc. We expect to organize all the information in some sort of visual essay. In the following sessions we should decide the strategies in order to organize the visual materials collected. These strategies may include sequences of approximation, panoramic and general shots in contrast with detail shots, contraposition of different elements, descriptive views.
